Here at Dryco we offer a range of external insulation systems designed to provide vast improvements in the thermal external performance of new and refurbished building.
We can offer our client’s two types of systems each with a range of modern insulation materials that include EPS expanded polystyrene, phenolic foam boards and mineral fibre.
The systems are designed to enable various methods of fixing to be employed, depending on the substrate (material/substance) condition and type.
The JUB EPS system is a lightweight, low density system which employs expanded polystyrene insulation with adhesive and mechanical dowel fixings.
JUB also use a mineral fibre system which is a mineral fibre insulation based system employing adhesive and mechanical dowel fixings.
The phenolic system is a high thermal resistance, low profile rigid phenolic foam insulation board system with adhesive and mechanical dowel fixings.
Cavity rail systems employ either mineral fibre and/or low density expanded polystyrene insulation boards with a track or rail fixing system enabling the formation of drained cavities to satisfy NHBC requirements.
All external wall insulation systems are complimented by an extensive range of decorative options which include acrylic and silicone textured render coatings as well as an option for waterproof coatings.
The external wall insulation onto masonry uses a combination of adhesive and mechanical fixings to secure the insulation panels to the substrate.
This method onto timber or a frame employs a rail or track fixing mechanism to secure the insulation panels to the substrate. This approach enables the creation of a drained cavity space behind the insulation panels.
